US Origin fetal bovine serum ultracentrifuged to deplete exosomes and extracellular vesicles (EVs). Standard FBS contains billions of bovine exosomes per milliliter that contaminate experimental EV isolations — exosome-depleted FBS eliminates this background, ensuring that vesicles you isolate from conditioned media are genuinely cell-derived.

Essential for any exosome or EV research workflow: isolation by ultracentrifugation, size exclusion chromatography, or precipitation; EV characterization by NTA, flow cytometry, or Western blot; liquid biopsy biomarker discovery; and functional EV studies. Using standard FBS in EV experiments introduces bovine RNA, protein, and lipid cargo that confounds downstream -omics analysis.
