How to Get Your COA

  • 1. Find Your Lot Number

    Locate the catalog number (SKU) and lot number on your bottle label. Example: SKU 11-01-500, Lot FBS-2026-001.

  • 2. Submit Your Request

    Use the form below or email orders@innovativebiosci.com with subject line "COA Request" and your catalog + lot numbers.

  • 3. Receive Your COA

    Your lot-specific COA will be emailed as a PDF — typically within 2 business hours during Mon–Fri, 7 AM – 4 PM PST.

Every COA includes sterility (USP direct inoculation), endotoxin (LAL gel clot), hemoglobin, pH, osmolality, total protein, IgG, mycoplasma (PCR + culture), 9CFR virus panel, and cell growth performance data. Advance grade COAs add hormonal profiling (estradiol, insulin, progesterone, testosterone, thyroxine).

We maintain COA records for 10+ years. If you need a COA from a prior purchase — even years ago — we can retrieve it. We also offer lot reservation: once you’ve validated a lot, we’ll hold inventory for up to 12 months.
